New Brazilian Club Teams Licensed For FIFA 14
The news this weeks is that there’s to be new Brazilian club teams in the new FIFA 14 game. Campeonato Brasileiro (The Brazilian League) will have several new additions thanks to the licensing all done and dusted. There were a few Brazilian clubs in FIFA 13, but now that list is about to grow dramatically.
Palmeiras may not feature in the upcoming title, as they were relegated to the second tier of Brazilian football. However, they may yet feature in the rest of world league instead. As soon as we can clear this up for you, we’ll post an update straight to our site.
Club Goiás is another expected club that may not be in the final game come this fall. The negotiations for non-European football sides to feature in the FIFA games is far more complicated than people actually know. Some clubs decide to reject counter offers and hold out for a better price.
This may be the case for some of the clubs that you might be expecting to see in the final game. If EA had it their way, they’d have every single football club in the world on their games. The reality is very different though, and for the time being we will all have to make do with what sides make the final cut.
Now here’s the full list of confirmed Brazilian clubs that are going to make it on the final versi0n of the upcoming FIFA 14 game.
- Atlético Mineiro
- Atlético Paranaense
- Sao Paulo
As soon as we get any light on any changes to do with additional Brazilian teams, then we’ll post them on this page.
