EA Release New FIFA 15 Player Visuals Trailer
With the date looming ever-closer towards the release of the EA Sports FIFA 15 game, the developers have released a brand new trailer that focuses on the intense player visuals that are on offer with the title.
The stunning visuals come way of the popular ignite game engine that Electronic Arts use for not only the FIFA series, but also their Ultimate Fighting Championship series too. A new lighting system has been implemented to give out a more real authentic look to the players. You can take a look at the newly released trailer below.
The footage last just under two minutes long and it showcases a really authentic looking USA striker Clint Dempsey. New character models and player body rigging will deliver an overall powerful and effective feel to the footballers minds. Fantastic hair movement and attention to detail in players stomach’s going inwards as they breathe in the stadiums air, whilst also the breathe can be seen in extreme cold conditions.
All of the fully licensed shirts, shorts and socks will become all muddy and leave grass stains on them whilst the live matches are being played. Well the advantage to this is at least you’ll know which players to take off the field if they’re jersey’s are squeaky clean.
Nick Channon who’s the senior producer at EA said:
“From the most realistic players ever created in a FIFA title to fully realized arenas with living pitches, this year we’ve brought a whole new level of visuals to the game,”
The stunning visual effects are only the beginning was the message that are are trying to send to their fans, so we expect a whole lot more to be unveiled in the lead up to the game’s official launch day. Gamers must note however, that the video above only contains footage of the PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox one versions of the title. EA have already stated that half of the features (especially visually) will not be made available for the current-gen versions of the simulator.
Take a look at the second short teaser video that contains cut-scenes of the player model and rigging visuals in one and really shows-off the slick game engine in all it’s glory.
FIFA 15 will be making it’s way to North America on Sept 23, and it lands worldwide on Sept 26 2014 for the Xbox One, PS4, PC, PS Vita, Xbox 360, PS3, Nintendo 3DS and Wii.
